Being located in the Whistler resort, a large part of my clientel are from outside of the Vancouver/Lower Mainland area. As a result, it’s not always practical to do wedding albums and custom printing, so I’ve broken my wedding rates into two parts, the fee for photographing the wedding, and the cost of any wedding albums or printing that you might like to purchase. Wedding albums are an optional service, and not a required part of my wedding services. The client is free to either deal with their own prints and albums, as many of my out of town clients do, or they can choose to buy a custom designed high quality photo album.
Travel
I’m based in Whistler, but travel to Vancouver, the Lower Mainland, and Fraser Valley, is included in my wedding packages.
Fees
Although I’m located in Whistler, travel fees are included in my fees from Pemberton Meadows, north of Whistler, through the Vancouver area, to Hope at the eastern end of the Fraser Valley.
I have the packages broken up as to the size of the wedding, as well as time. All the packages include a set of printable photo files, a DVD slide show, and an on-line photo gallery.
- Elopement Package – Two hour package for really small weddings, up to 6 guests. $450.00 + HST.
- Two Hour Package – For weddings up to 50 guests. Includes coverage of the getting ready, the wedding ceremony, family and bridal portraits. $600.00 + HST. Featured Two Hour Wedding.
- Four Hour Package – For weddings with between 50 and 150 guests. Includes coverage of the getting ready, the wedding ceremony, family and bridal portraits, the wedding reception, and ending at dinner. $1,200.00 + HST. Featured Four Hour Wedding.
- Six hour Six Package – The same as the four hour package, but it includes coverage through post dinner, speeches, and dancing. $1,800.00 + HST. Featured Six Hour Wedding.
- Eight Hour Package – For weddings with over 150 guests. Includes coverage of the getting ready, the wedding ceremony, family and bridal portraits, the wedding reception, and ending at dinner, through post dinner, speeches, and dancing, to the end of the night. $2,400.00 + HST.
Wedding Contract – I use a simple and relatively simple wedding contract that includes a copyright release for the images. Sample Wedding Contract
Wedding Albums and Printing
Wedding albums and printing are an optional service that I provide. I personally design all my wedding albums, using only the highest quality photo printed pages and slip covers. Again, please feel free to call or e-mail for a quote.
