Kodiak Bear. The Olympic Game Park, Sequiem Washington.
The same guy, looking a little friendlier. The bears are former Disney animal actors who have been retired to the Olympic Game Farm, which is near Sequiem Washington. You can drive through the park, and feed the animals slices of whole wheat bread.
Sometimes the animals can get a little aggressive. I hope these guys got the extra insurance rider on their rental car.
Driving near the coast, we kept seeing these signs that said “Big Cedar Tree”, with an arrow pointing down some gravel side road. We decided to check it out, and after about an hour of driving down single lane logging roads, we came to what the sign claimed to be the world’s largest Western Red Cedar Tree.
